1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By creating an account or accessing GenZex via Telegram WebApp or web interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Users must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to participate.
2. GNX Reward Points System Rules
GNX Reward Points are earned exclusively through verified platform activities, daily check-ins, social quests, and community referrals. Points carry utility within the GenZeX ecosystem and are settled pursuant to platform rules.
3. Proof-of-Action & Anti-Fraud Policy
Automated bots, multi-account abuse, emulation exploits, and false quest claims are strictly prohibited. The system utilizes real-time anti-sybil validation algorithms. Any account found violating integrity standards will have unearned points forfeited and access revoked.
4. 3-Tier Referral Multipliers
Community referral bonuses are distributed across a 3-tier deep matrix (Tier 1 Direct: +50 GNX, Tier 2: +25 GNX, Tier 3: +15 GNX). Referral commissions are credited upon genuine user onboarding and initial activity verification.
5. Withdrawal Policies & Network Fees
Reward points (GNX) are credited directly to verified accounts and can be redeemed across participating partner merchants and in-app utilities.
6. Amendments & Jurisdiction
GenZex reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms to reflect ecosystem updates and regulatory developments. Continued platform engagement constitutes acceptance of updated provisions.
